Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare and Package
Securely pack the item in its original shipping crate or box, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and components are included.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the package and ship the unit back to our designated distribution center via a tracked carrier.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the item for unused condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
